Implementation of Google Translate Application Programming Interface (API) as a Text and Audio Translator

Through this translator program, it is craved that can avail the general public to understand foreign language videos, be useful in world of education and technology, persons with disabilities up communicate. The method used a classification functions detect flow shapes instruct class attribute as task input by generating automatic output through three stages, namely Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Speech. results showed 90.38% videos were successfully translated into text audio, 9.62% failed because owner limited interaction, 89%-97% synchronization between audio. In research, audio program has been created using Application Programming Interface (API).
